What does a kit contain?

Base Layer Repair Kit 5.4kg

• Coarse black rubber granules (2 - 8mm grade)
• Replay Binder (polyurethane glue)
• Material Safety Data sheet
• Instructions for use on packaging
• Top Layer Repair Kit 6.3kg
• Fine coloured rubber granules (1 - 3mm grade)
• Replay binder (polyurethane glue)
• Material Safety Data Sheet
• Instructions for use on packaging

How much do I need?

You will have to consider the following:

• The size of the area to be repaired
• The depth of the surfacing on that area
• Base layer should be used to the depth of the existing wet pour.

One top layer surface repair kit is sufficient for 0.3m2 at 15mm depth.

One base layer repair kit is sufficient for 0.3m2 at 25mm depth. You may need to order additional base layer repair kits depending on the depth of the existing surface.
